Here is some information for your stay with us

Securing your reservation: In order to reserve your stay with us, we’ll need a deposit of 50% of the total cost. The balance be paid upon your arrival at the House. You can pay with cash or bank transfer.

Cancelations: please make your cancelations at least 30 days before your arrival in order to be eligible for a 50% reimbursement.

Change of Dates: We are happy to change the dates of your stay, but would kindly ask that you give us at least 14 days notice.

In order to give us adequate time to prepare the rooms, check in is at 2pm and check out is at 12pm.

Surf Classes: Please note that surfing is an exhilarating, fun, but also physically demanding sport. Puerto Surf and all of its affiliates are not liable for any injuries sustained during the course of the lesson or stay at the House. We will do our best to keep you safe in the water. Please listen to your instructor at all times.

Please come to your classes at the agreed-upon hour.  We look forward to teaching you how to surf!

If you need to cancel your class, please do so with 24 hours’ notice (at least by 5pm the day before) or you will be charged for the class.

Surfboards: You are welcome to use the surfboards at any time during your stay with us. We also have boogiboards  you are welcome to use. If you damage or break something, please let us know so we can help get it repaired. You are responsible for covering the costs of any repairs.
